2. Eligibility to Purchase

To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old and use a valid payment method. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Order Process

Once you place an order on our website, you will receive a confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order but does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order prior to dispatch.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed orders. Orders must be paid in full before dispatch.

5. Delivery

We currently deliver to UK addresses only. Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout. While we aim to meet these times, occasional delays may occur due to factors outside our control.

6. Right to Cancel and Return (Online Purchases)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

To return an item:

  • Notify us in writing (email or post) within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Return the item(s) within 14 days of cancellation.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition, with all original packaging and tags.
  • Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We will issue a refund (including standard delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving the return or proof of return—whichever comes first.

Please note:
The right to return does not apply to:

  • Personalised or made-to-order items
  • Underwear or swimwear where hygiene seals have been removed

7. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including return postage where applicable.

9. Liability

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of England and Wales.
